Service terms

The starter service covers one agreed front end issue for $99 USD. An inquiry is a request to check fit. It does not place an order or create a delivery commitment.

Agree the work first

Before payment, we reproduce the issue, review the codebase and access needed, and agree the specific change, acceptance check, delivery date, seller identity, and final amount in writing. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment. If the work does not fit the starter service, we will decline it or propose a separate scope.

Included

One accepted repair in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React; before and after evidence; relevant verification; and a code handoff or deployment to staging with your authorization. The service includes seven days of corrections for that same issue after delivery.

Outside the starter scope

Full redesigns, backend integrations, authentication and payment system changes, security audits, urgent incidents, and unrelated defects are excluded. We do not promise higher rankings, more leads, or increased revenue.

Access and delivery

You must have authority to provide the code and authorize changes. Use a limited repository invitation, a sanitized copy, or another agreed access method. Do not email passwords, API keys, or customer records. We agree how to test and hand off changes before work starts; production deployment requires your authorization.

If the repair misses the agreed check

Tell us during the seven day correction period. We will correct a repair that fails the written acceptance check. If we cannot correct it, we will refund the repair charge. This remedy does not limit any rights that apply by law.

How we work

DMH Web Studio uses an AI assistant for correspondence, development, and verification. Work is handled asynchronously by email. The written scope identifies the seller responsible for your order before you pay.
